The history begins in 1963, when some wine growers joined forces to face up economic difficulties of the time. They are then a handful of men who create a co-operative cellar in the heart of the vineyard in the city of Sancerre. As the years go by, it increased and remains only co-operative of the appellation. Our firm that includes about a hundred vine growers, develops these vintage of Sancerre served on the tables all over the world. The Cave des Vins de Sancerre is an excellent and essential window of the Sancerre territory.
