This course aims to depth analysis on styles and characteristics of key French wine-producing areas and to help participants to apply their knowledge to practice. This course is suitable for those who have completed the Elementary Course and wish to further develop their knowledge of French wine. Applicants without taking the Elementary Course but possess wine-related working experience would be required to pass an entrance examination.
